Return, Refund & Wholesale Policy

At Za+Sati, we take pride in the quality, care, and intention that goes into every product we create. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for retail or wholesale purchases unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Please note:

Natural variations in crystals and stones are expected and make each piece unique.

Colors, shapes, textures, and patterns may vary slightly from photos.

Minor packaging variations may occur.

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or mishandled by the shipping carrier once shipped.

Retail Orders

If your retail order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Za.Sati.Gifts@gmail.com and include:

- Your order number

- Photos of the item and packaging

- A brief description of the issue

Approved claims may be eligible for replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at the discretion of Za+Sati.

Wholesale Orders

All wholesale orders are final sale due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products.

We do not accept wholesale returns or refunds for:

-Unsold inventory

-Buyer preference changes

-Natural stone variations

-Minor packaging differences

-Shipping delays caused by carriers

If a wholesale order arrives damaged or incorrect, notification must be made within 5 business days of delivery by emailing Za.Sati.Gifts@gmail.com with:

- Business name and order number

- Photos of the damaged items and packaging

- A description of the issue

Approved wholesale claims may be eligible for replacement products, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at the discretion of Za+Sati.

Wholesale customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, ordering details, and quantities prior to purchase.

By placing an order with Za+Sati, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
